Delete Your Account

In the App

1. Sign in to Liverpool Rummy on your phone or in your browser.
2. Open the Profile tab and choose Settings.
3. Under Account, choose Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE and choose Delete Forever.

You are signed out on every device straight away.

By Email

If you can't sign in, email support@liverpoolrummy.app from the address on your account (or tell us your nickname) and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete anything.

What Is Deleted

• Your account, sign-in methods, and email address.
• Your statistics, friends, blocks, invites, and registered devices.
• Your sign-in sessions: you are signed out everywhere.
• If you used Sign in with Apple, we revoke the app's access to your Apple ID.

What Happens to Your Games

You leave every game you haven't finished, just as if you had left it yourself: in a game in progress the other players vote on whether a bot takes your seat. In every game you played, your seat is then shown as "Deleted player", and your nickname and account are removed from that game's records.

Your nickname stays reserved for 90 days so that nobody can take it straight away to pretend to be you. Security logs, which can contain IP addresses, are kept for 90 days. The privacy policy has the full details.
